Step 1: Ask Questions
If you are interested in a puppy or have any questions, please contact us! I’d love to connect, learn more about what you’re looking for, and help you determine if our program is the right fit for you.

Step 2: Application
When you’re ready, please fill out our quick application on the website. The more information you provide, the better I can understand your goals and preferences! We’ll also go over any additional questions you may have.

Step 3: Reservation Fee (Joining the Waitlist)
Once approved, you may place a $500 non-refundable reservation fee to secure your spot on our waitlist.

We offer two options:

• Master Waitlist – for families who are flexible or not ready to commit to a specific litter

• Specific Litter List – for families ready to reserve a spot in an upcoming planned or confirmed litter

Families on the master waitlist receive priority access to reserve spots in upcoming litters as they become available.

Step 4: Litter Announcements & Reservation Invitations
As breedings are planned or confirmed, we will open reservation lists for specific litters.

At that time, we will contact families on the master waitlist in the order deposits were received and invite you to reserve a spot. Each family will have a limited window to:

• Commit to that litter, or

• Pass and remain on the waitlist for a future litter

Once a litter is filled, additional families will be offered spots on future litters.

Please note: While we do our best to estimate timing, size, color, and gender, these cannot be guaranteed.

Step 5: Birth & Early Updates
Once puppies are born, we will share updates, photos, and details about the litter! This allows you to follow along as the puppies grow during their first few weeks of life.

If a litter does not produce enough puppies or a suitable match for your preferences, you will have the option to move to a future litter while keeping your priority.

Step 6: Temperament Testing & Vet Checks (7 Weeks)
At 7 weeks, all puppies will receive a full health check and temperament evaluation. This information will be shared with you prior to selection to help ensure the best possible match for your home and lifestyle.

Step 7: Selection & Take-Home (8 Weeks)
Selection and pickup take place at 8 weeks of age.

Families will be scheduled by deposit order to:

• Meet the puppies

• Select their puppy

• Bring their puppy home the same day

If you are unable to attend in person, we’re happy to arrange a virtual selection appointment during your scheduled time.

One of the most special parts of our program is getting to share your puppy’s journey with you!

• Weekly photo updates on our website

• Daily photos/videos on Facebook and Instagram stories

• Weekly emails with updates, tips, and preparation guidance

You’ll be able to follow your puppy’s journey from before birth all the way to go-home day.

Additional Information

• Reservation fees are non-refundable except in extreme circumstances

• Remaining balance is due at or before pickup

• We accept: Cash, Card (Square – fees apply), Venmo, PayPal (fees apply), CashApp, and Zelle

This updated system allows us to maintain fairness in our waitlist while also giving families the opportunity to plan ahead and reserve spots in upcoming litters. Our goal is always to thoughtfully match each puppy with the right home while giving you the best possible experience along the way.

What's Included?

Most importantly, our puppies are handled, loved, and touched every single day from birth. We implement Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) daily starting at 3 days old and going until 16 days old. We also do daily exposure activities to acclimate them to the idea that the world is safe, dogs are friendly and people are kind (inspired by the BA Breeder early socialization schedule). They are very well socialized by children and adults alike - these puppies are lovers! They are started on potty training (learning to keep their sleep and playing area clean) starting as soon as their eyes open and they can eliminate on their own, and are exposed to kennel training. They spend plenty of time with each other, to learn to play nice, and lots of time with mom to learn their manners!

Puppies will of course come vet checked with a genetic health guarantee to go with our Purchase Agreement, a bill of health from our vet, UTD on shots and de-wormings, microchipped with microchip registration papers, and 30 days of free pet insurance through Trupanion.  We have also partnered with Baxter&Bella online puppy/dog-training school! They will also come with a puppy collar and a retractable leash (for easy leash training), a toy/blanket that smells like home, some grooming supplies, a keepsake, and other paperwork  and goodies. We will both sign a copy of the Puppy Purchase Agreement, so please read over that prior to picking up your pup!
